Dance to Fitness™ is a dance fitness program which combines different group activities with High Energy Dance, High Intensity Interval Training, H.I.I.T and Cardio Kickboxing to Christian music from around the world to create a workout that would really move you - spirit, soul and body in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
The workout features declarations to engage the mind and spirit; fast, moderate and slow tempo music combined with cardio and strength training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Dance to Fitness is for everyone, regardless of your age or size.
All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of the Dance to Fitness™ class, including stress relief, improved cardiovascular health, improvement in muscle tone, increased energy and (everyone’s favorite, weight loss. They will burn anywhere from 300-800 calories per hour depending on the intensity at which it is performed.
Choreography modifications are offered throughout the class to ensure that each participant get an effective workout.

A typical Dance to Fitness™ class is an hour long, but can be modified depending on the fitness level of the participants. The following is a model of what the Dance to Fitness™ classes would offer:
1. Sign In (5-10 min. before class starts) 2. Welcome/Intro (1 min.) 3. Group Discussions/Activity/ Health Declarations (10 min.) 4. Warm-up (5-7 min.) 5. cardio interval and strength training--the bulk of the class 6. Cool down (5-10 min.)
Class participants are required to sign a waiver on arrival, which simply states that the instructor, facility, organization and It’s Time Fitness are not liable for any injuries or health problems that may occur during or as a result of participation.
In summary, here’s what to expect during the 8 week Dance to Fitness™ Program:
** A Fun, Exciting, Energetic Time in a Positive Friendly Atmosphere. ** Group Discussions to provide support, accountability and help participants stay on track with health, fitness and wellness goals while keeping motivated and committed. ** Burn Lot of Calories, Lose Weight and Have Fun, all at the same time. ** Work out to African, Soca, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Gospel, Hip Hop Positive and Uplifting Music ** High Intensity Interval Training and Cardio Kick Boxing ** Accountability Partner to help participants stay on track and keep you motivated and committed.
This will also be an opportunity for you to review your health and fitness goals for 2019 and receive the support you need through our fitness programs.
Proceeds from the event goes to our Fitness for Africa Project. Fitness For Africa is one of It’s Time Fitness Community Initiatives. It’s our own way of giving back to our motherland and a project to spread the message of health, fitness and wellness in Africa.

What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and supportive shoes (tennis shoes) are recommended
When to arrive: Arrive 15 mins before class begins for registration i.e. 10:15 AM
What type of payment do you collect at the door? Cash is preferred but we accept credit cards. CashApp Accepted.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, you should bring your printed ticket or show ticket sent via email at the class if you paid online.
What is the refund policy?There will be no refunds given for payment online or at the door.
Can I bring my kids?Kids, 5 years and older are welcome to attend with their parents. Admission is free for kids up to the age of 15.
